YCC No. 650 – 65 Spring Garden Avenue in North York, Ontario is a 24 floor condominium with 64 risers in a split hi / low pressure zone system. This project was a joint venture with Bradley Mechanical Services providing the plumbing and piping expertise. Pipe Shield epoxy was used to line the risers. The project was completed in September 2003.
