St. David’s Towers is a 5 story rental apartment building located at 51 Donlands Avenue in Toronto. Pin hole leaks were developing in their hot water piping system and Pipe Shield was selected to line the piping network. There were 18 hot water risers plus the hot water supply and return mains that were coated with the Pipe Shield Lining System. There are approximately 90 suites in the building. The project was completed in early 2003.
